MEMORIALS
We are also Monumental Masons and can provide and put in place all types of Memorials for Churchyards and Cemeteries. We have a showroom at our premises at West Malling where you are invited to see several different types of headstones, plaques and vases on display together with a comprehensive brochure available upon request. We will ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in order to place a new headstone or to arrange for cleaning and adding additional inscriptions to existing stones. Our Memorial section is run by Mrs Wendy Gardner and she will be pleased to help and advise you with any enquiries you may have. An appointment can be made with Wendy to enable you to discuss your requirements in detail.
PRE PAID FUNERAL SCHEMES
You may have found arranging the funeral to have been a difficult experience and one which placed too much of a burden upon you at a time when you were emotionally least able to deal with it. There is a way in which this can be avoided. We are appointed Funeral Directors for both Golden Charter and Help the Aged who provide pre paid funerals which guarantee that the funeral will be conducted at an agreed professional standard at a price determined and paid for at today’s rates. Golden Charter are one of the only companies who guarantee NOT to ask for any further money once the plan has been taken out. Golden Charter also arrange for a tree to be planted as a living legacy for you, your friends and family to enjoy. A tree will be planted on your behalf by the Woodland Trust, Britain’s largest nature conservation charity. You will receive a certificate to record the planting. We would be pleased to give advice and/ or send you a brochure without any obligation. We would also be happy to visit you in your home to discuss your requirements in greater detail.
