Nathan Martin Dip FD. Dip FAA.
Nathan began working at Viner & Sons Ltd in 2005 and covers every aspect of the profession. From the moment our services are required, through to arranging and conducting the funeral service itself and beyond, as he is also responsible for the memorials side of the company. Nathan is hugely passionate about his profession, having experienced personal bereavement at a young age, and feels honoured that he is able to provide our families, with such a personal, caring service.
In 2018 Nathan obtained his Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration, followed by the Diploma in Funeral Directing in 2020.
Outside of his working life, Nathan is a music producer and DJ, and especially loves spending time with his family, to whom he is very close, as well as attending social events with friends, enjoying good food and live music.
Dan Mundy BSc Hons Dip FD. Dip FAA.
Dan started working for Viner and Sons in 2013 after wanting a new challenge. He chose to work in this profession because he has always liked helping people and is honoured to have the opportunity of helping people when they need it most. To enable him to provide the best support to his families, Dan completed his Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration in 2018. Following this, Dan also achieved a Grade A in his Diploma in Funeral Directing in 2020.
Before starting to work for the company Dan completed a Degree in Forensic Investigation and Applied Criminology which helped him develop a good eye for attention to detail which is an important attribute for this industry. Before working for the company Dan worked as a liability assessor and claims handler for a well-known car insurance company. He has a good knowledge of computers and enjoys helping others develop their knowledge too. Dan and his wife love holidays to Disneyland Paris and are excited to be able to share that with their young son too. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, baking, cycling, writing poetry and completing DIY projects.
Clare Bushell
Clare has worked at Viner & Sons Ltd since 2015. She previously worked with children and the elderly in the community helping them to remain independent. She is very passionate about her job especially looking after families at this most vulnerable time. Clare is very approachable and likes people to feel at ease in her company, building relationships is very important, nothing is too much trouble to ask.
Clare lives with her long-term partner and 2 sons. Her parents, sister and niece are a very huge part of her life and they have enjoyed many holidays together over the years. In her spare time, Clare likes to keep busy with her hobbies which include running and pottering in her garden.
Anthony Thompson
Anthony joined the team in 2020, following a 30-year career in the fire service. Having a wealth of experience of dealing with members of the public in difficult times, combined with a compassionate and empathic nature, he felt it was a natural progression to step into the funeral profession.
Anthony has been married to his wife Vikkie for 20 years and has two teenage daughters, namely Phoebe and Maisy, and a dog called Robson. Any spare time he has is taken up renovating his house and enjoying time spent with his family.
Keith Viner
Keith has been a member of the family firm of Viner and Sons Ltd. since 1980. He became Managing Director in 1991, and for 40 years has worked tirelessly within the local community, giving a highly professional service to many thousands of families, helping them through their bereavements over that time.
Keith is now continuing to work as a Consultant for Viner and Sons Ltd. Any families who would particularly like him to conduct their funerals may request his involvement. Keith remains totally committed to providing the highest possible standard of care and support for clients at the most difficult time in their lives. He is proud to have helped establish the excellent reputation the family firm has within the area, and to have built a team able to continue the service Viner and Sons Ltd. has provided for more than two hundred years.
In his spare time Keith enjoys music, singing and playing the organ and is a member of a local church group. He enjoys travelling widely, keeping active through walking and at the gym, theatre going and eating out with friends and family.
Tony Head.
Tony joined our team in September 2021 having previously been a London Black Cab driver for 20 years. He is currently learning all aspects of the industry and especially enjoys helping people, being able to provide a professional and compassionate service to families at this difficult time. He lives with his wife, 3 children and 2 dogs.
In his spare time he enjoys listening to and collecting music, regularly playing golf with his son and holidaying in Cyprus with his family.
