All funeral services are subject to third party fees and disbursements such as churches, crematorium, minister/life celebrant and doctors’ fees which will be added onto your final bill.

  • Provision of our motor Hearse on the day of the service.
  • A team of 4 pallbearers to attend the funeral service.
  • Viewing in our private Chapel of rest.
  • The initial consultation and support with all on-going correspondence with the family.
  • Additional meetings with ourselves, as necessary.
  • Care of the deceased up until the day of the funeral.
  • All administrative duties in relation to paperwork and liaison with all third parties.
  • Our Funeral Director to conduct on the day of the funeral.
(Plus your choice of coffin, crematorium fees & disbursements from third parties) Our Funeral Directors will carefully look after your loved one and bring them into our care within working hours from a hospital, private address, or nursing home within a 15-mile radius of West Malling within working hours. This service takes place at a local Crematorium on a day of our choosing. The service will be up to 20 minutes long and you have the option of a life celebrant to say a short reading or quote, or you can listen to one or two pieces of music if you prefer. This service includes our motor hearse that will drive directly to the crematorium and meet you there. Our team of four pallbearers are included in the above cost. The ashes will be scattered in the Garden of Remembrance at the same crematorium.

The service will be up to 20 minutes long and you have the option of our in-house celebrant to say a short reading or quote, or you can listen to one or two pieces of music if you prefer. This service includes our motor hearse that will drive directly to the crematorium and meet you there. Our team of pallbearers and the standard Kentish Light Oak effect coffin are included in the above cost. This is with the additional option of viewing in our private Chapel of Rest.

One of our Funeral Directors will carefully look after your loved one and they will be taken to the crematorium of our choice in one of our specialised funeral vehicles. The ashes will be collected and remain in our care for 6 months or you may request for them to be scattered in the Garden of Remembrance at the crematorium of our choosing if you’d prefer. The Simple Farewell & Direct Cremation Services are fully inclusive of:
  • Bringing the deceased into our care within a 15-mile radius
  • A Standard Kentish Light Oak effect Coffin
  • Cremation fees
  • Viner & Sons Administration costs

One of our Funeral Directors will carefully look after your loved one and they will be taken to the crematorium of our choice in one of our specialised funeral vehicles. The ashes will be collected and remain in our care for 6 months or you may request for them to be scattered in the Garden of Remembrance at the crematorium of our choosing if you’d prefer. The Simple Farewell & Direct Cremation Services are fully inclusive of:
  • Bringing the deceased into our care within a 15-mile radius
  • A Standard Kentish Light Oak effect Coffin
  • Cremation fees
  • Viner & Sons Administration costs
This is with the additional option of viewing in our private Chapel of Rest.

  • A team of up to six pallbearers to attend the funeral service.
  • Multiple viewings in our private Chapel of rest.
  • The initial consultation and support with all on-going correspondence with the family.
  • Care of the deceased up until the day of the funeral.
  • All administrative duties in relation to paperwork and liaison with all third parties.
  • Our Funeral Director to conduct on the day of the funeral.

Robin Hood Lane Crematorium

  • 50 minutes service time in the chapel
  • The chapels can hold up to 115 people seated

Vinters Park Crematorium

  • 30 minutes service time in the chapel
  • The chapels can hold up to 83 people seated

Both Crematoria offer these additional services for additional fees

  • The use of the digital music system & / or an organ and organist
  • The use of the large screen to display photo and video tributes
  • The facilities to be able to live stream the service through a secure website
  • To be able to watch the recorded live stream up to 28 days after the service

We are here to help you with choosing the right coffin for your loved one if you need it. We have a wide range available so it can be as personal for you as you would like it to be. Please ask our funeral arrangers for any help and suggestions that you need, but ultimately, we wanted to give you full control over this important area for every service we offer. All coffins are fully fitted for either burial or cremation with an engraved plate of inscription. (We are proud to only use coffins from our trusted craftspeople. Sadly, due to potential quality issues from unknown suppliers we are unable to use any other coffins. We apologise if this causes you any inconvenience. Prices from refers to our standard sizes of coffins, if we have to request a special size then we will let you know what the difference in price will be, before we proceed with this for you).

Please note there are additional, statutory fees for interment in a cemetery. We are also able to arrange for ashes to be made into jewellery, glass and art. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
